Chairman and Managing DirectorSandeep Chhillar is the Founder and Chairman of the Landmark Group of Companies. An engineer by profession, Mr. Chhillar commenced his career in computer technologies network in 1992, when the world of technology had embarked its journey in India. Establishing new heights in the computer retail space, Mr. Chhillar later expanded his business acumen to the real estate industry in the early 2000s. Carrying forward his relentless pursuit for excellence and value creation, he built the company Landmark. The company continues to forge its success in developing residential, commercial, and retail developments under the leadership of Mr. Chhillar.

Having spent over 20 years in the real estate sector, Mr. Anil leads the project developments by leveraging the power of design in bringing Landmark building designs to reality. With a special passion for the built environment, Anil's team focuses on delivering quality projects, which are functional yet alluring.

Having been with the group for over 12 years, Mr. Rahul brings an entrepreneurial mindset as the company director leading land acquisition, asset management, growth strategy and all strategic initiatives with a special focus on scaling company operations.

Ms. Roshy is responsible for marketing, customer segment strategy, and digital solutions to create sustainable growth and drive efficiency. Having completed her education from NYU and Cornell University, Ms. Roshy joins us with experience in digital consulting with Capgemini Chicago, real estate asset management with Silverstein Properties NYC, and real estate markets with Savills.
